What you'll command

Paper, Pitch, and a War Worth Folding

A classic base-building RTS with a papercraft heart — and a few ideas of its own.

⚔️

A Full Origami Army

Thirty-one paper units across two provinces — workers, folders, throwers, medics, raiders, aircraft, siege engines, and walking bombs. Every one folded from a sheet in front of you.

Base Building & Economy

Gather Paper, Pencilcore, and Pitch, refine Parchment, and raise paper structures to fold units, learn patterns, and study upgrades. Your Pushers keep the supply lines moving.

⛈️

Ink Storms

Traveling plumes of ink sweep the battlefield and melt anything caught in the open. Read the forecast, move your folds, or have your Prophets pray the storm onto the enemy.

🌐

LAN Multiplayer

Up to six players and as many as twelve colours — free-for-all, team battles, or 2-vs-1 — in deterministic lockstep with reconnect recovery, over your local network.

🗺️

Map Builder

Sculpt terrain, carve rivers and cliffs, place obstacles and armies, tune every cost and stat per map, and share it all through the built-in Library.

Scenarios & Campaigns

Script custom missions with a full trigger system — timers, counters, zones, per-player loops — and chain them into campaigns with briefings and unlocks.

Two provinces

Pick a Side. Every Match.

Both provinces share a common core of folds and buildings, then diverge into two very different ways to fight.

A white-paper Pious base

The Pious

Clean white sheet, sharp creases, and a shining Palace. The Pious fight in ordered lines: Pikemen and Pelters behind Paladins whose Aegis rings turn aside anything thrown from outside, Pyros to burn the approach, and an Air Corps of Planes, Pelicans and Paratroopers launched from the Port.

A tar-streaked Profane base

The Profane

Pitch-black paper soaked in tar, and no manners at all. The Profane bleed and poison their way forward with Prowlers, Plaguebearers and Piercers, snipe with Poachers, plant Python Pits and Poison Projectors, and send Proxies — walking bombs — wherever the line is thinnest.

Make your own

The Map Builder Ships With the Game

The same tool the campaign is built with. Sculpt lattice terrain with rivers, cliffs, ramps and bridges. Drop six kinds of solid obstacle and a dozen decorations. Place armies, alliances and start spots. Then open the Scenario tab and write triggers in plain sentences: when Blue's Prime enters the ruins, spawn eight Prowlers for every other player.

  • Melee maps play by stock rules; ⚡ Use Map Settings maps carry their own.
  • Per-map costs, fold times, unit stats, vision, and supply rules.
  • Named timers, counters, zones, and per-player loops.
  • A Library with version history, and a Campaign Designer to chain missions with briefings.

Latest Updates

Warigami updates often. The desktop build fetches new versions itself; the browser build is always current.

v0.31.6 September 2026

Signed, Sealed

The Windows build is now code-signed.

  • NewThe installer, the game and the uninstaller are all Authenticode-signed as BECKHAM ENTERPRISES, LLC. and timestamped, so Windows names the publisher instead of showing "Windows protected your PC". If you ever see that warning on a Warigami download again, the file did not come from us.
v0.31.5 September 2026

The First Fold, Finishable

A hardening pass, and a tutorial that can actually be completed again.

  • FixThe tutorial asks for three Pikemen and two Pelters near the end, but their patterns were never unlockable on that map — the Herald now hands you the Patternworks at the right moment, so the mission can be finished start to end.
  • FixCustom maps received from a lobby or imported from a file are scrubbed harder: oversized thumbnails, runaway text fields, and props placed off the map are dropped instead of trusted.
  • FixIf your graphics device is lost mid-match (a driver reset, a laptop dock), the game says so and picks up again when it returns instead of going quietly black.
v0.31.4 September 2026

One or All

A small clarity fix for scenario makers.

  • UITrigger conditions that name several players now show a hint saying how they count: "any one of them" for headcounts, resources and kills, "counted together" for zone entries and finished buildings. The rule did not change — it is just no longer a surprise.
