Pupils
Pupils are the basic combat unit in Warigami. Simple paper folds that are cheap to produce and effective in large numbers. They are the first combat unit available and remain useful throughout the game as expendable front-line fighters.

Fold Ability
- Paper Shield — The Pupil refolds one arm into a small shield, gaining +3 armor for 8 seconds. Cooldown: 20s.
Strategy
Pupils are most effective in groups of 8 or more. They are cheap enough to mass-produce early game and can overwhelm more expensive units through sheer numbers. Pair them with a Patcher for sustained pushes, or use them as a distraction while your Proteges flank.
